01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using eyetinr, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

02 Subscription & Payments

eyetinr offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium AI travel planning features.

The following terms apply to all subscription purchases:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency on the App Store listing.

03 End User License Agreement

This App is licensed pursuant to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern with respect to App licensing.

04 Use of the App

eyetinr is intended for personal, non-commercial travel planning use. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its connected services.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or sell any part of the App or its content without prior written permission.

05 AI-Generated Content

eyetinr uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries, packing lists, outfit suggestions, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content.

Always verify travel information, visa and entry requirements, and safety conditions through official sources before travel.

06 Privacy

Your use of eyetinr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

07 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within eyetinr — including but not limited to the name, logo, UI design, and AI models — are owned by or licensed to eyetinr. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

eyetinr is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from reliance on travel information generated by the App.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eyetinr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated travel content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of DKI Jakarta, Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
